I purchased a Netflix service and waited 12+ hours just to get a response from this seller. The seller took forever to reply, provided extremely poor customer service, and then refused to issue a refund even after finally responding.
This is completely unacceptable. If you value your money and your time, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. Don’t expect fast support, proper communication, or a reasonable solution if something goes wrong with your purchase.
The service is terrible, communication is terrible, and the seller’s attitude toward customers is completely unacceptable. I deeply regret buying from this seller.
