🛡️ WARRANTY

Warranty is valid for the full purchased service period.

If a legitimate product issue occurs, contact us through the official purchase chat. We normally check and attempt to resolve it within 24 hours.

Warranty does not cover problems caused by buyer actions, incorrect information, unauthorized account changes, unreported password changes when support access is required, misuse, service-rule violations, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

💰 REFUND POLICY

If a covered issue cannot be resolved:

✅ 6 / 12-month plans: eligible 100% refund may apply within the first 15 days.
✅ 1 / 3-month plans: eligible 100% refund may apply within the first 7 days.
✅ After those periods, an eligible refund is calculated proportionally to actual usage time.

⚠️ Refunds may be refused when the issue is caused by buyer actions, misuse, incorrect information, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

No refund is provided simply because the buyer changes their mind after successful activation.
