Warranty is valid for the full purchased service period.

🔹 6-month plan — warranty for 6 months.
🔹 13-month plan — warranty for 13 months.

If a legitimate product issue occurs, contact us through the official purchase chat. We normally check and attempt to resolve the issue within 24 hours.

Warranty does not cover problems caused by incorrect account information, failure to accept the invitation, leaving the required family group, buyer actions, misuse, unauthorized account changes, violation of service rules, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

💰 REFUND POLICY

If a legitimate covered issue cannot be resolved:

✅ A 100% refund may be provided if an eligible issue occurs within the first 15 days and cannot be resolved.
✅ After 15 days, an eligible refund is calculated proportionally according to actual usage time.

⚠️ Refunds may be refused if the issue is caused by buyer actions, incorrect information, failure to accept the invitation, misuse, or circumstances outside the seller´s responsibility.

No refund is provided simply because the buyer changes their mind after successful delivery.
