✨ WHAT YOU GET
After completing your order, the selected number of candles will be credited to your Sky: Children of the Light account.
Candles can be used in-game for purchases, trades, cosmetics, friendship actions, and other in-game features.

After payment, send the following in the order dialog:
• Your Sky ID
❗ A username and password are not required.
❗ Carefully check your Sky ID before submitting.
❗ If your Sky ID is incorrect, your order may be delayed or processed to a different account.

📦 HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER
1. Select the desired denomination
2. Pay for the order
3. Send your Sky ID in the order dialog
4. Wait for the order to be completed
5. Check the crediting of candles in the game

⚠️ IMPORTANT
• This is not a key or a promo code
• Replenishment is only possible using a Sky ID
• Orders are processed during business hours from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
• Please enter the correct Sky ID ID
• If an item was purchased by mistake without reading the description, a full refund may not be possible.

💸 RETURN POLICY
Refunds are only possible if the order was not fulfilled and the candles were not credited to the account.
If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the buyer´s fault, for example:
• an incorrect Sky ID was specified;
• the buyer selected the wrong denomination;
• the item was purchased by mistake;
• the buyer refused to fulfill the order after payment;
Refunds are issued minus 25% of the order amount.
This deduction is used to cover the payment gateway fee and processing costs.
