💸 RETURN POLICY

Refunds are only possible if the order was not fulfilled and the diamonds were not credited to the account.

If the order cannot be fulfilled due to the buyer´s fault, for example:

• an incorrect account ID was provided;
• the buyer selected the wrong denomination;
• the item was purchased by mistake;
• the buyer refused to fulfill the order after payment;

Refunds are issued minus 25% of the order amount.
This deduction is used to cover the payment gateway fee and processing costs.
